For the past two years, we have worked with HCSI to produce a brand that matches our beliefs regarding unity in a company's representation, no matter the form.
HCSI's corporate logo was originally adapted from an older logo that they had originally obtained from a print shop here in Calgary. We were able to take the logo, and update it drastically, moving towards a representation of simplicity, symbolism, and a symbol more balanced, and easily recognizable. This created a starting point for the rest of their digital and print branding, including business cards and their website.
Not only did Hurricane need a corporate brand, but they additionally had a series of services that they provided to their clientele which needed representation as well, but needed to be clearly part of HCSI's identity. We created a series of logos, one for each service, based off of simple shapes, and the easily recognizable diamond motif of HCSI's corporate logo.
Hurricane's website was created using the CMS platform of Joomla!, following the guidelines that we had previously established with their visual branding. Heroics produced the site itself, including all the infrastructure and branding, while HCSI provided the content.
